A manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental damage such as stains, tears, and more. Our Platinum Protection Plan provides failure protection after the manufacturer’s warranty expires in addition to accidental damage coverage. See the terms and conditions for details.
You must provide a copy of your purchased protection plan, photos of the damage, and your sales ticket. See the terms and conditions for details.
If at the end of 5 years you have not made a claim on your service contract, we will email you a Levin Furniture certificate equal to the value of the service plan, excluding sales tax. See the terms and conditions for details.
