How to Make a Claim

File a Claim: Submit online through our Customer Portal, or call 844-600-1795 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM, Sat 9 AM–4 PM EST).

Claim Review: Once your claim is approved, we’ll notify you with the next steps.

Resolution: If your product cannot be repaired, it may be replaced.

Frequently Asked Questions

A manufacturer’s warranty does not cover accidental damage such as stains, tears, and more. Our Platinum Protection Plan provides failure protection after the manufacturer’s warranty expires in addition to accidental damage coverage. See the terms and conditions for details.
