Return & Exchange Policies

LEVIN'S RETURN POLICY

Stocked merchandise may be returned within 3 days of pick-up or delivery with a 20% Return Fee. Delivery is a service and your original
delivery fee is non-refundable.  If you choose to return merchandise that was delivered, it will be picked up on the next available Tuesday thru Friday delivery date (Saturday delivery is not available on returns). If you choose to return merchandise that you picked up, it must be returned to the original pickup location within 3 days after your original pick-up date. Items must include all packing material & accessories. Items must not be assembled or
modified in any way.

Exclusions: Option to return merchandise is not available for Special Orders, close-outs, clearance/Levin outlet, floor samples, lift chairs, soiled and/or stained merchandise or with evidence of pet hair, adjustable bedframes, boxsprings and foundations, mattresses, mattress protectors, pillows and bedding.

Items delivered by Ground Shipping that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect: If you received your order by Ground Shipping and the merchandise was damaged in shipping, or if you wish to return it, please call customer service within three (3) days. Once the item is received, we will refund the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling fees. For other issues concerning Ground Shipping orders, call us with three (3) after delivery and we will either repair or replace the item(s). Not completely satisfied? We accept the return of Ground Shipping item(s) with three (3) days of delivery. Please note, return shipping fees apply. In many cases, we can provide you with replacement parts and service as needed.

REFUNDS

Delivery is a service and the fees are non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all re-selections and returns. Refunds of purchases paid by cash or check will be refunded by check. Checks will be issued up to fifteen (15) business days from the return date. Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card charged. Financed purchases are refunded to the financing company.

BEDDING WARRANTIES

To ensure your satisfaction with your bedding purchase from Levin Furniture, we are proud to offer comfort guarantees on your new premium bedding when you purchase a premium mattress protector and a pillow. If you are not satisfied with your bedding selection after a minimum number of nights from the date of delivery, we gladly offer to exchange the mattress (see specific manufacturer and mattress type below to determine the amount of time and fees for the comfort guarantee). Because it takes the body time to adjust to a new sleeping surface, a minimum number of nights is necessary to properly adjust to the new sleep set. This is a one-time courtesy exchange. All mattresses must be in original and sanitary condition. We always offer our sale price for satisfaction exchanges. All satisfaction exchanges are considered special orders. No further return or exchange privileges are available and must be of equal or greater value. Satisfaction exchange deliveries are done Tuesday through Friday. A delivery charge and a return/handling fee apply (see below for the specific manufacturer and mattress type).

Exclusions: Comfort guarantees are not offered on special orders, adjustable beds, box springs and foundations, or warranty re-selects.

  • 90-Day Comfort Guarantee on Tempur-Pedic: After 30 nights from the date of delivery, we offer an additional 60 nights to exchange the mattress. A $99 pick-up fee and a $229 return/handling fee will be charged.
  • 120-Day Comfort Guarantee on all premium bedding $999 or more on Stearns & Foster, Serta, Sealy Posturepedic and BeautyRest: After the 30 nights from the date of delivery, we offer an additional 90 nights to exchange the mattress. A $99 pick-up fee and a $99 re-select fee must be paid at the time of re-selection.
  • 120-Day Comfort Guarantee on Purple: After 21 nights from the date of delivery, we offer an additional 99 nights to exchange the mattress. A $99 pick-up fee will be applied.

EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange your stocked merchandise for any reason if reported within one (1) day of receipt and returned within three (3) days of receipt in new condition. A 20% return fee will apply. Delivery charges are not refundable.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Levin Furniture stands behind all manufacturer limited warranties with free parts and labor for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Levin Furniture reserves the right to inspect the furniture in your home, repair the furniture in your home or pick the furniture up for repair. This limited warranty covers all furniture purchases excluding clearance merchandise. Clearance merchandise includes "as is" items, floor samples, close-outs and discontinued items. Warranties for commercial use are not offered by our manufacturers.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are not subject to cancellation. A 50% deposit is required and is not refundable. Verify the style and color of your merchandise on your sales order. Levin Furniture is not responsible for any fabric and/or cutting delays from the manufacturers. Delivery must be scheduled within thirty (30) days of arrival into our distribution center. When changing fabric, understand that the feel, texture and seating will be affected and may not be identical to the floor sample. If the merchandise does not fit during delivery, it cannot be canceled or refused. Verify that it will fit prior to placing the order. If the merchandise arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will send out a service technician under the terms of our warranty. No exchanges.

PLATINUM PROTECTION PLAN

Our Platinum Protection Plan offers a five (5) year warranty against accidental stains, tears, rips and burns. The plan also comes with a structural warranty against accidental breakage on wood products. The best part of the Platinum Protection Plan is that there is no risk to you. Levin Furniture is there to protect your investment for five (5) years. If you do not have a service claim during the warranty period, we will refund 100% of the Plan purchase price as in-store credit. Ask your sales associate for details.

ACCESSORIES

Carefully inspect all pictures, lamps, accessories and area rugs before taking the items from the store. Accessory items are not serviced.
